Sister Sphere helps ignite introspection, in a space where we as women, are guided through awareness and healing. Our daily goal is to better understand who we are and what sustains us.
When we aim to understand, we channel the embarkment of a journey towards a higher and healthier version of ourselves as women, as a mother, a sister, a friend or partner.

Sister Sphere was founded in 2018, after a life long journey of observing human behaviors and studying the human mind. This fascination led me to further learn and earn a Baccalaureate in Psychology.
Sister Sphere was birthed after noticing a dire need for women to obtain a sense of community, access to a safe space to share their stories, to be heard and supported. There is great power in sharing our truth. Our truth not only leads us into healing, it helps others as well.
